Today, I performed with the students of my lovely harp teacher, Miss Abby. Everyone played beautifully!
Also, I ran into my first harp teacher, Heidi, and two girls I started playing with from the very beginning. I hadn't seen them in years, and they were so accomplished and grown-up!
I'm so excited for Heidi, who is moving to Cali to play the harp at Disneyland (how cool is that?) and for these girls who are going to go SO far with their musical abilities.
I was happy with my performance, too. It went better than I expected (which any musician will tell you, that never, EVER happens) and it was a great experience.
I love music. I am so excited to be a part of the music program at the U.

I know you will make a wonderful addition to the University of Utah. They are lucky to have someone like you as I have been with this last little while.
